Formimidoyltransferase cyclodeaminase or formiminotransferase cyclodeaminase is an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of formiminoglutamate and tetrahydrofolate into formiminotetrahydrofolate and glutamate.Mutations of the FTCD gene cause glutamate formiminotransferase deficiency.
