25 September 1979 – 7 July 1980		Laxman Singh- the last ruling Maharawal of the princely state of Dungarpur from 1918 to 1989, a former MP in the Rajya Sabha, leader of opposition in state assembly.
Gopal Singh - Indian mystic, poet, writer and philosopher.
He was the Governor of Goa since May, 1987 and first regular Governor of Nagaland. Singh was nominated member of Rajya Sabha from 3 April 1962 to 2 April 1968.

9 Hari Shankar Bhabhra16 March 1990 – 1 December 1993He is a state leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He was also Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan from 6 October 1994 to 1 December 1998. Bhabhra was the Deputy chairperson of Economic Policy and Reform Council in the Rajasthan Government. He was a Member of the Rajya Sabha in 1978-84.
