Alexis-Hubert Jaillot


Alexis-Hubert Jaillot was a geographer and French cartographer, publisher at Paris, from the late 17th century and beginning of the 18th century, in the service of King Louis XIV.

Biography

Born in Saint-Oyand-de-Joux, he died in Paris at his quai of the Augustinians November 3, 1712, Brother of the sculptor on ivory Pierre Simon Jaillot.
